If the item wasnβt marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
π Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@suppliesforpet.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.
