Ordering & Payments

  • How do I place an order? Orders can be placed 24/7 through our secure website. Simply browse the category (dogs, cats, birds, parrots, fish), select your items, and proceed to checkout.
  • Which payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Can I modify my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or canceled within 1–2 hours of submission. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
  • Do I need an account to order? No, but creating an account allows you to track your order, save addresses, and access order history.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship to all U.S. addresses only.
  • How long does shipping take? Orders typically ship in 1–2 business days. USPS Ground Advantage takes 3–5 business days, USPS Priority ≈3 days, and FedEx 2-Day takes 2 business days. For details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Can I track my order? Yes, a tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
  • Do you offer free shipping? Occasionally. Sign up for our newsletter for promotions and discounts.
  • Can I ship to a P.O. Box? Some items may not be deliverable to P.O. Boxes. We recommend a street address for all orders.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Can I return an item? Most unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Opened pet medications or supplements cannot be returned. See our Refund & Return Policy for full instructions.
  • How long do refunds take? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos. A replacement or refund will be issued.
  • Do you accept international returns? No, currently returns are only accepted for U.S. orders.

Products & Usage

  • Are your pet medications safe? Yes, we carry only pharmaceutical-grade products, carefully sourced and manufactured under strict standards.
  • Do I need a prescription? For most items, including fish medications, you do not need a prescription. We aim to make treatment accessible for all pet owners.
  • Can I use the same product for different pets? Always read labels carefully. Products are species-specific. For example, fish antibiotics are only for aquarium use, and dog or cat supplements should only be used for those animals.
  • How do I store medications? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do you carry supplies for all pet types? Yes, we provide products for dogs, cats, birds, parrots, fish, and small mammals, including food, accessories, medications, and health supplements.
