- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for most products.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for safety and quality assurance.
- Opened or used medications, supplements, or other health-related pet products cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Returns are accepted for USA orders only. International returns cannot be processed at this time.
- Some fragile or perishable items, including aquarium medications, specialty bird supplements, or temperature-sensitive products, may have special return restrictions.
How to Request a Refund or Return

Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the product or packaging may be requested for verification. Upon approval, we will provide a replacement item or issue a full refund based on your preference.
For product exchanges involving different sizes or types of pet supplies, availability may vary, and we will confirm options via email.
